By subscribing you are entering into a 6 month membership contract with Cisne Wellness. I authorize Cisne Wellness to charge my credit card $80/month for 6 months. There is a 30 day minimum for cancellation notice. Cancellation notice must be sent to Cisne@rcelive.com. A $75 cancellation fee will be processed if cancelled prior to 6 months.
